As part of its joint operations with CIM, GTZ works together with the German Federal Employment Agency to place highly qualified experts and management staff with Albanian employers.

To ensure optimum project implementation in Albania, GTZ also works closely with other German and European institutions.

Within the framework of the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA), the EU is cofinancing the projects concerned with promoting economic development and employment and promoting the application of EU-compliant law (delegated cooperation).
