What does security mean for the people of Dhaka? Camera in hand, around 100 photographers from Bangladesh set out to find answers to this question, the subject of a photography competition launched by GTZ’s Bangladesh office in connection with the 2009 Spotlight of the Year. The best photos were exhibited in Dhaka at the GTZ Office and the Goethe-Institut.
