Activities by GTZ International Services in Bangladesh focus on economic promotion, and in particular on support for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). On behalf of national development organisations from Great Britain, Switzerland, Sweden and Canada – DFID, SDC, Sida and CIDA – our key focus of promotion is on the business service market. Owing to the key role of SMEs for the national economy, we are endeavouring to raise the number of small and medium-sized companies and to enhance their competitiveness.
