Many delegations – often high-ranking government representatives – come to Berlin as part of their trip to Germany. We offer the opportunity to utilise these visits for a dialogue in the capital. The objective is to have a transparent exchange in an atmosphere of confidence at government and expert level, about current political, reform and change processes in both countries.

We assume the following tasks:

• accompanying the delegations;
• preparing the dialogue rounds in the GTZ-Haus Berlin, ministries or other institutions;
• formulating core questions to focus the dialogue thematically;
• identifying the relevant participants from the German institutions, inviting them and providing them with information; 
• preparing the moderation;
• creating an appropriate framework for a true dialogue between participants of equal rank.
