Study trips aim to deepen the specialist cooperation between Germany and the partner countries. The guests get to know Germany at first hand.

In preparation for the trip, we

• advise you on the choice of discussion partners in Germany, what to put on the programme, and the logistics of travelling;
• clarify flight details and arrange appointments, hotels and transport. We draw up cultural programmes and book interpreters and escorts. We ensure that your guests are insured while they are in Germany;
• ensure that any necessary invitations are organised via the embassy and support the process of obtaining visas.

For the period spent in Germany

• all guests receive a bilingual programme detailing the schedule for the trip and discussion partners and topics;
• we organise and support a dialogue in Berlin as agreed with you;
• throughout the trip we are available to answer any questions you may have.

When the trip is over

• you will receive a detailed statement of costs;
• we do the accounting in accordance with the rules in force.
