On behalf of our clients, we design individual measures, (pilot) projects and comprehensive programmes that are tailored to their needs and are geared towards sustainable development, implementing these all over the world. We can also advise our clients directly on a wide range of issues, and provide personnel to build the capacities of ministerial administrations (mandataries). The Office can tap into the pool of sectoral and regional expertise at GTZ, which has decades of experience in designing and managing complex programmes, and a comprehensive national and international network. Using additional international funds, our clients can also expand the sphere of influence of their activities. We can provide comprehensive advice and support to German public sector clients in this context, particularly as regards acquiring funds at the European level (EU grants, twinning).
