To give the Serbian diaspora in Germany a chance to find out more about insurance, savings and loans offered by local banks in Serbia, GIZ consulted with bank, government and migrant representatives in Serbia. Now, as part of an information campaign with a major Serbian newspaper in Germany, GIZ is set to explain to Serbs living here just what they can expect from the banks in their country, what prospects await them and how they can use the financial products at hand. For their part, banks in Serbia will develop products tailored to the needs of Serbian citizens working abroad.
