The German Technical Cooperation (GTZ; now GIZ), the German Wind Energy Association (BWE) and the specialist association Power Systems within the German Machinery and Plant Manufacturing Association (VDMA PS) have organized the “Wind Energy and Development Dialogue 2007” from 10th- 11th October in Berlin. Its aim was to give participants from politics, industry and international organisations the opportunity to exchange their ideas and experience within the field of renewable energy application.
