Bilateral Implementing Agencies

Agence Française de Développement (AFD): French bilateral development cooperation agency, supports over 60 developing countries on behalf of the French Government. GIZ Proklima currently implements several projects funded by AfD. These include national ODSphase-out projects in India and Iran as well as East Africa and the Indian Ocean (Ethiopia, Kenya, Mozambique, Seychelles, Uganda and Tanzania).

Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC): Switzerland’s international cooperation agency within the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs (FDFA). GIZ Proklima collaborates with SDC on the CFC phase-out project in India.
