Common objectives – partners of GIZ in the field of HIV workplace interventions

GIZ and the ACCA regional project are part of a network of national and international activities in the field of HIV/AIDS interventions at the workplace. The main commissioner of GIZ services plays a significant role in this context:

• The German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (Bundesministerium für wirtschaftliche Entwicklung und Zusammenarbeit, BMZ), the donor agency on behalf of the German government.

Other parties of interest in this sphere include:

• Private sector representatives such as companies and business interest groups;
• International organizations which promote the scientific support and implementation of HIV/AIDS workplace programs worldwide;
• Other divisions, programs and projects within GIZ working in the field of HIV/AIDS or cooperating with the private sector.
