GIZ is currently implementing some 30 projects involved in promoting tourism. Tourism promotion forms an essential part of activities at about ten of these projects or programmes. They follow various approaches, which by and large correspond to the main key thematic areas outlined under "Approach".

A data sheet listing all GIZ projects and programmes with a tourism component may be downloaded below. It contains the respective project title, project location and contact with email address, web address, if available, and some notes on specific tourism activities.
