How to initiate and steer Systemic Quality ImprovementSystem development and quality improvement are key elements in increasing the performance of all health systems. In this guide the authors want to share their reasoning and the lessons learnt of bringing these two concepts together into a Systemic Quality Improvement (SQI) approach, particularly suited for low- and middle income countries.
