Our competence

The development and organisation of knowledge service providers in applied research, extension, market and input information, as well as training are decisive challenges for projects and programmes in rural areas. We offer our special subject knowledge and methodological competence in the following fields:

• analysis and evaluation of service delivery systems in rural areas
• linkage of applied research with agricultural extension
• introduction of participatory extension methods
• introduction of participatory planning methods, including village development planning
• training and knowledge management in value added chains
• development and monitoring of media strategies for rural areas
• non-formal training systems and adult education concepts.

We offer consultancy, information, process support, evaluations, as well as organisation and implementation of courses, workshops and conferences.
