        In the Neuchâtel Initiative experts from major donor and implementing organisations work on joint concepts of rural extension.

      • Global Donor Platform for Rural Development
        In the Global Donor Platform for Rural Development the major donors harmonise their development approaches for rural areas.

      • Sector Network Rural Development, Africa (SNRD)
        The main goal of the GIZ sector network is to secure and enhance the effectiveness and quality of Technical Cooperation in rural areas. Currently SNRD links about 45 projects and about 70 individual members in Africa. SNRD forms five working parties with specific themes and a task team.
