Cooperation

Branches of a coffee bush before a blue sky

The supraregional project “Knowledge systems in rural areas” for promoting rural knowledge service providers (research, extension, information, training), addresses the development and mainstreaming of experience-based concepts and methods.

For this we cooperate with

  • national and international specialised agencies like the FAO (Sustainable Development and World Agriculture information Centre, WAICENT) and universities in developing methods and concepts;

  • networks of donors, such as the Neuchâtel Initiative, in developing and harmonising approaches;

  • working parties in specialised GTZ networks and directly with programmes and projects in partner countries in developing methods and instruments.

We are open to new partners in cooperation working with us on our themes. If you are interested, please get in touch with our contact address.
