The Food and Agriculture Organisation of the United Nations (FAO) supports member states, particularly developing countries, in the effective implementation of the Code of Conduct for Responsible Fisheries. In cooperation with the project, a study was carried out and published on HIV/AIDS in small fishing communities in Africa.
