Supra-regional consulting projects

On behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), GTZ implements a large number of supra-regional consultancy projects in addition to bilateral Technical Cooperation projects in partner countries. 

All of these projects fulfil one or more of the following tasks:

• meeting Germany's international obligations (conventions, treaties)
• developing and testing innovations
• supporting political developments
• making available information and providing services.
