Open Regional Funds for South-East EuropeA flexible instrument for a dynamic region Since January 2007, the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH has been using a new instrument on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ): the Open Regional Funds for South-East Europe.
