GTZ International Services is chiefly active in Russia in the fields of economic reform, legal and institutional consultancy. For example, we are promoting harmonisation of the legal systems in the European Union (EU) and Russia – inter alia, through the introduction of EU-compatible insolvency law. Furthermore, we are advising the Russian Government on its accession to the World Trade Organization (WTO). Our main client on site is the Delegation of the European Commission to Russia.
