Technical requirements

Please note the following technical requirements for using the job market and online application procedure:

  • Supported browsers: Internet Explorer 7 and Mozilla Firefox 3
  • JavaScript activated
  • Pop-up blocker de-activated
  • Cookies enabled
  • Screen resolution of at least 1024x768

 

"Vacancy expired"

If you receive this message after selecting a job offer, please close all websites of CIM.

 

Login

Once you have registered, you will receive your password by email. If you copy the password from the email, make sure you don't copy any additional spaces.

 

Email

Some email providers classify our job market emails as spam. Please check your email spam folder regularly to ensure you are always up-to-date with your applications.

 

Uploading application documents

You must observe the following restrictions when uploading documents:

 

  1. You can only upload a total of 10MB per application
  2. Only the following file types are supported:
    curriculum vitae, covering letter, other: .doc, .pdf and .odt
    photos: .png, .gif and .jpg
  3. The following restrictions on file sizes must be observed:
    covering letter and photo: 1MB each
    curriculum vitae and other: 2MB each.

 

Applications that have been confirmed but not sent can be found on the status page under “Applications in progress”. For security reasons, any documents that were uploaded with the confirmed application must be uploaded again before the application is sent.

 

Sent applications

Once an application has been sent, you cannot change it.

 

Deleting your account

If you want to delete you account, you can do this using the “Delete account” link under the menu option “Registered applicant” – “Login data administration”.
